QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Virtual assistant services, explained.

What virtual assistant services do you offer?

I provide executive virtual assistance and business operations support: calendar and inbox management, scheduling across time zones, client communication, CRM organization, research, outreach, follow-up, documentation and LinkedIn support. I handle the coordination behind the scenes so you can focus on decisions, not admin.

Who do you support?

I support founders, executives, entrepreneurs and growing businesses in the US and internationally — from solo founders who need a reliable right hand to teams that need consistent operations support. I adapt to each client’s field, whether that is professional services, e-commerce, consulting, legal support or tech.

Where are you based, and can you work with US clients?

I am based in Kenya (East Africa Time, UTC+3) and work remotely with clients worldwide. My schedule allows strong overlap with US East Coast mornings and European working hours, and I agree response-time and availability expectations with each client during our discovery call.

Which tools do you work with?

I work across the tools modern businesses already use: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for daily operations; Slack, Zoom and Calendly for communication and scheduling; Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp and Airtable for project management; HubSpot, Odoo, Clio and GoHighLevel for CRM; Apollo, ContactOut and LinkedIn for research and outreach; and Zapier and Make for automation. I learn new platforms quickly and slot into the systems you already run.

How quickly can we start, and how does onboarding work?

It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call to discuss your priorities. I then send a proposal within 24 hours, and onboarding can begin within 72 hours — including access setup, a walkthrough of your tools and an agreed communication rhythm.

What do the portfolio screenshots show?

The gallery shows real CRM, scheduling, project planning and onboarding setups I have built and managed, alongside my own workspace samples. Identifying details are permanently blurred where needed; the captions explain the visible setup without claiming measured client results.
